We are Bandhan Marriage Hall Garhwa Management Team and Our website address is www.bandhanmarriagehall.com. Our Banquet Hall is located Beside Durga Mandir, Nawada More, Bishunpur, Garhwa, Jharkhand 822114.

Please find below the most important terms and conditions of our services at Bandhan Marriage Hall.

  1. The Function Hall will be available from 6 am to 6 am Next Day.
  2. Confirmation of Banquet Hall subject to its availability from the Date of Receipt of Advance Amount and it is First Come First Serve Basis.
  3. Confirm Your Booking by Meeting at Office or by E-mail or via Website (www.bandhanmarriagehall.com) with Advance by Cash/Cheque/online payment.
  4. The Rate of the Banquet Hall as per services taken by the client.
  5. Booking Advance 25% at the time of signing of the agreement after that 50% on or before 30 days of the function and the rest amount will be payable before 7 days of that Function.
  6. GST Applicable is @ 18% on of the Total Amount (CGST 9% & SGST 9%).
  7. The Hall should be Vacate on or before the End Time mentioned in the Contract. In Case of Extension of Time. Applicable Charges will be Levied on an Hourly Basis subject to its availability.
  8. Extra usage of Venue beyond the specified time would be Charged Extra on an Hourly Basis.
  9. Any Other Electrical Decoration except Inbuilt Electrical Decoration will be bare by the parties.
  10. Kindly Note that the Bandhan Marriage Hall Management does not allow Fire Crackers within or around the vicinity of the Premises.
  11. The sound system of the building will be stopped at 10:30 pm or as per permission and guidelines from local authorities.
  12. Using a loudspeaker, orchestra, and D.J. only after approval from local authorities.
  13. Consumption of Alcohol/Intoxicating items and Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Building.
  14. The kitchen room is situated adjacent to the hall.
  15. There are ample parking facilities inside the Bandhan Marriage Hall Campus.
  16. If any damage (viz. interior, exterior, furniture, or any other accessories) occurs then the party will be liable to pay.
  17. Cancellation Refund of Advance:
    1. (a) Cancellation made 15 days before No refund
    2. (b) Cancellation made 20 days before 25% Refund
    3. (c) Cancellation made 30 days before 50% Refund
    4. (d) Cancellation made 60 days before 100% Refund
